Tips for team-teachers: ‘Cause team-teaching is tough. But teachers are tougher.
1. Create and share a Google Calendar with your co-teacher, just for class. This is an easy way to stay on the same page and keep a few days ahead of lesson planning.
2. Have frank conversations about your teaching style – especially discipline style. It is important to be honest and open about how you operate in your classroom – before you have a disagreement in front of your students.

3. Create and share a cloud storage system (Dropbox, GoogleDocs, ) for your lesson plans, assessments, and documents just for your class. As teachers we create and/or edit about 5M documents a week. It’s hard enough to do that solo, let alone have to share it with another professional. And, USB’s just don’t cut it.
